While quarantine can be a great opportunity to spend additional time sheltering in with loved ones, it can also lead to conflict. Understanding your triggers is a key part to conflict resolution. Identifying triggers can help you self-soothe during and after a conflict. Sharing your triggers with the other party involved with the conflict can help you better understand each other and promote healing and better conflict management in the future. Be gentle with each other. Provide a safe space for triggers to be explored and respond with empathy. Share your triggers with courage.
